One of the best things about podcasts is that they can be delivered to you automatically – radio on demand. There are many ways to do this.
Subscribing through iTunes
Subscribe in iTunes to have new episodes delivered to your laptop or computer. This works for Macs and PCs.
Spotify too
Totally keeping up with the latest thing, you can now find Eat This Podcast on Spotify. You’re welcome.
Using your iPhone, iPad, or Android phone
If you generally listen through any kind of mobile device, I recommend using an app to subscribe. Fresh episodes will be sent direct to your phone and you can then listen at any time without being tied to a computer.
- People with iOS can use the free Podcasts app from Apple; but there are other options. I’ve been using Overcast for a while, and I really like it.
- Android? This is the direct link. Check out this review of podcast listening apps for Android.
Or, if you prefer, you can sign up to get an email whenever there’s a new episode, and listen to that however you please. Between episodes, the newsletter brings you a selection of choice items I’ve found. You will need to confirm your subscription, so look out for that and, maybe, check your spam folder.
